He negotiates, analyzes and manages the company&#8217;s suppliers.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>JOB DESCRIPTION<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Ensure the development, updating and control of the MITRACE inventory tracking and traceability system for shipping, customers and finished goods, isolate problems or deficiencies and resolve them;<\/li>\n<li>Implement simple and effective procedures, work instructions and communication mechanisms to standardize and optimize the work of MITRACE system users, for shipping, customers and finished goods;<\/li>\n<li>Lead and carry out finished product traceability exercises;<\/li>\n<li>Provide accurate monthly inventory reports and ensure concordance between physical data from production and computerized data;<\/li>\n<li>Negotiate contracts and manage inventories located in internal and external warehouses;<\/li>\n<li>Plan, coordinate and control invoicing activities related to the sale of finished products;<\/li>\n<li>Establish loading priorities for finished products with the General Manager and Production Manager, and coordinate shipments with the Transport Department;<\/li>\n<li>Create from the MITRACE system the documents required for the sale and transport (Bill of landing, Packing List and invoice) of the finished product;<\/li>\n<li>Monitor customs clearance of finished products;<\/li>\n<li>Implement a strategic purchasing process for all plant suppliers, based on available storage space, to avoid stock-outs by limiting abuse and over-consumption;\n<ul>\n<li>Manage the analysis, selection, qualification and evaluation of suppliers, taking into account quality, service, price, delivery times and supply agreements;<\/li>\n<li>Coordinate the receipt of orders according to production planning and ensure follow-up in Mitrace;<\/li>\n<li>Actively participate in the recruitment and selection process for employees in the department;<\/li>\n<li>Train, develop, motivate and supervise staff under his\/her responsibility;<\/li>\n<li>Handle and document conflicts, breaches of the disciplinary code and company laws and regulations;<\/li>\n<li>Ensure the application and observance of good occupational health and safety practices, as well as environmental standards;<\/li>\n<li>Establish harmonious working conditions conducive to an appropriate work environment.<\/li>\n<li>Perform any other related tasks upon request.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Requirement<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>BAC, administration, or;<\/li>\n<li>BAC, operations management, or;<\/li>\n<li>DEC, in administrative techniques with relevant experience in the industrial sector;<\/li>\n<li>Ability to work as part of a team, collaborating with other departments within the organization;<\/li>\n<li>Sense of responsibility;<\/li>\n<li>Meticulous, precise and detail-oriented;<\/li>\n<li>Analytical, problem-solving and prioritizing skills;<\/li>\n<li>Sense of initiative and good work organization;<\/li>\n<li>Excellent knowledge of written and spoken French and English;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>BENEFITS<\/p>\n<p>Salary is based on the company&#8217;s salary scale. 10-level scale with annual salary increase.<\/p>\n<p>Possibility of contributing to a group RRSP.<\/p>\n<p>Group insurance with employer participation.<\/p>\n<p>Four weeks&#8217; vacation starting in the first year.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>N.B.
