Under the supervision of the foreman or the team leader responsible for his department, the processing worker / day laborer is called upon to perform various tasks related to the smooth running of plant operations. His mandate is to maintain a steady pace of work to achieve the production objectives set.
Responsibilities:
- Perform all the tasks related to the function either; breaking, cutting, sorting, cleaning, handling, transporting, packaging and weighing fresh crustaceans, as well as cleaning, identifying, extracting the flesh, bagging, packaging, weighing, labeling, palletizing, grouping and transporting crustaceans intended for sale;
- Clean and disinfect plant production areas, common rooms, equipment and machinery;
- Perform all other related tasks and be available to hold any other position as requested by an immediate supervisor;
- Clean work areas and equipment.
